Ambala has been a VERY DIRTY CITY, though many new schemes were launched, none has taken off fully, some have not been commissioned even after spending crores of funds. Sewerage system in many areas are disfunctional, roads are dug here and there and no repair/patch up work is done, lot of areas have low lying areas full of stagnated water which is full of mosquitto larva. Garbage collection scheme launched but only on paper, and not on ground. Big Nalas are not cleaned before Monsoon, and often their outlets are blocked leading to flow of dirty water in the colonies.

This is also one of the reason why Residents donot like to pay House Tax as facilities do not exist on ground.

GOD SAVE AMBALA, a city where lot of Pujaris stay but they throw out their Gandagi outside in Open as no suitable system is developed by the AMC. Parks have no malis, lack supervision, no lights. no walk ways.
