A consumer purchased Super Grand RO vide their inv No. 5329 dtd. 19/04/2014 and was offered the product to be with 3 free services during warranty. The consumer has been telephoning them to send an engineer for free service as per offer. The consumer complained that despite calling them for some 50 times, the same has not been attended. An email sent to them on 30th October yet to be responded. The last call on 31st October 2014 was promised to be closed by sending an engineer on 1st November 2014. The customer informed about non-attending yet. If you dial the company to speak you may be kept in queue and after waiting for few mnts, the call get disconnected. One has to atleast spend for some 50 calls to talk to the representative. In view of the experience as stated even now the ISO 9001 certificate claim seems to be fake. The mobile number given remain unresponsive.
