You scare me, I just bought a Swift DZire VXI and paid extra for 3 years' comprehensive warranty, from them since it is the nearest dealer from my residence, my last cars were Fiat, Ambassadors, Opel Corsa then Chevrolet.
This is the first time I bought from them. Till now I am more or less satisfied though not fully. There was some problem with the accelerator and they did nothing till I complained Directly to Maruti Suzuki customer care headquarters.
After that they worked like rocket! Picked up my car the very next day, which was a Sunday and returned it in the evening problem rectified, my car washed and polished !
You may try what I did, complain directly to Maruti Suzuki headquarters, You can Google for contact details and complaint lodging page.
