Credit cards issued by divisions are stopped at local branches recommendation. Recently an amount of Rs2581/40 was refunded after abruptly closing the credit card in 2014July. In fact the bank should have reissued the credit card after realising their mistake, initially they blamed the customer for their own fault, which took them thirty months of relentless correspondence to realise their mistake, in this process I lost my redeemable points 5400. The helpline has closed the card automatically and any help sought is not forthcoming.
