Axis Bank

Well behaved staff with no powers to deal with the present situation of shortage of cash in ATM _ NIL; cash counter; as if they are doing a big favour by giving just 2000/5000 from your SB a/c. at one times to senior citizen. God help the others.

axis bank is one of the few banks that takes the customers seriously, though only at a higher level (HO & nodal officer level), not so much a the ground (branch) level.
though for the current scenario there have been no issues at all. they have been most supportive to the customers or general public walking to the branch form what i ahve heard from other users. even when i went to the branch for some non-retail work i saw things were pretty organised.
i hardly visit the branch for any retail banking work, most of my work happening online including transfers & payments. we are almost totally digital & would request everyone, wherever possible, to switch to the digital mode. it is quite safe & convenient

I have an account with axis bank and my experience with the bank is excellant. Of course it all depends on how we maintain our relationship and conduct ourselves with the staff.
As my requirement for cash is very minimal, i dont have problem. Since i use debit/credit cards, net banking, cheque etc as much as possible and hence there is no inconvenience at all
I would request one and all to go into digital mode and help in the progress of the nation

I had a pleasant experience earlier with Axis Bank. However, things are not the same after Nov 8th, 2016. I have an account in Sec 16 (Faridabad) and utilize Sec 37 branch for most of the services as it is closer to my present residence. MOST of the AXIS ATMs in the area are closed. The few other (banks') ATMs that are open have serpentine queues. I, therefore, decided to visit Sec 37 Branch to withdraw cash. I was there on 24th Nov'16. Though in the senior citizens' line, my turn came by about 1.15 pm or so - the cash supply had been exhausted by then. Tried again today. This time, was there by 10.30 am. The bank opens at 9.30 but the funds were EXHAUSTED by 11 am. It appears that there is some adjustment inside the bank! Or, they are catering to the BIG fish and the smaller savings a/c holders are left to their mercy!

Since demonitization I am receiving sms asthough Axis bank has opened an account on my name without my permission & without my signature. I have never filled any form nor made any signatures nor visited Axis bank. Now, I will have to go through the hassles of contacting OMBUDSMAN & police complaints & waste my weekly offs for the fraud done by Axis bank on my name.
