Axis Bank

I have account in Axis Bank panvel brunch.
As whole their devices are satisfactory.
However, they coul not solve my net baking problem.
There is tendency among all the employees to sell insurance policies or mutual fund. They are agrresssive in selling these financial packages. They don't think for benefit of the clients in this aspects. They have sold me one idiots ruin policy and one mutual fund.
In both the cases returns are very less even less than 6%.

So I will give them 3 stars mainly due to push sell of financial packages.

customer support is good and quick disposal of papers, but charges are more

Service is average. They are quite confused. Inter-branch transactions are not seamless as they claim.

Horrible.
I requested multiple times to come and collect the docs for account opening. The Gentleman is yet to come...
