Suited & Booted staff, totally ignorant, no powers, have no clear information for customers. All fluff and no substance.

Unstable internet banking. Bank officials have limited authority, they have to go to head office for simple services.

Sector-16 Faridabad branch of Axis Bank has horrible service. Most of the time their server is not working. Most of time printer is out of order and if ok then prints are not legible. The special officer assigned to you to give you service never picks up the call nor does he call u back. This branch is Ram Bharose. The staff is assigned targets to sell insurance and mutual fund policies and so they concentrate more on this job.

AS LIKE ANY PRIVATE ENTITY PROFIT IS THE MOTIVE BEHIND ALL SERVICES

Bad service...not customer oriented, no response.... pathetic overall

I would have liked to rate them negative if allowed. They cheat senior citizens driving them to pull out their hard earned money to debt fund, they loose everything these guys earn incentive at their cost. The bank send sms every fortnight for balance even if there isn't any change and charge it. Even if you complain nothing happens. Their grievance redressing system is at its worst only talks for employees never ever stands for customers. No senior citizen should ever open account there.
