Service at the branches in south Kolkata has improved. Cash at ATMs are now available but the cash replenishment at ATMs was not upto the mark till 30th December.

The branch has made good arrangement to exchange the old note and the maximum waiting time was only 30 minutes when compared to other bank branches where people for standing for hours together. The only negative point is still their ATM is not functioning.
