Bandra Terminus (BDTS)

Bandra Terminus is a very useful station in western railway. Many long route Mail/Express trains are available from this station. Pity is its approach. The terminus is constructed in a very crowed location and one has to leave from their home much earlier otherwise the chances of missing the train are much more. The terminus must have a separate entry at the New terminus building to reach it safely and in proper time. From the entry point, platforms are far away which leads troubles for senior citizens and physically handicaps, to avoid such situation escalators are necessary.

Head of such stations have to see honestly that power is not misused to harras people who are already suffering extreme lifestyle with busy schedules. Ylaw more you cannot implement law for all behaviours and mismanagement as if one decides to harras other than it will done anyhow. So head needs to vigilance such episodes and take strong action against them

Bandra Terminus is the Very Important Station in Mumbai. There are Many Mail & Express Trains are Depart or Arrive at there. But at the Station entry gate & on Platform the RPF will harass the Passenger on the Name of Checking. they will check your luggage may be it is necessary. but they will also check your pocket, wallet, mobile etc. if you have more then 5000 - 10000 Rupees, they will start to harassment or extortion with passenger. They will do this illegal extortion everyday with many passengers. On the Entry gate the RPF mans start extortion or harassment with the passengers. First they will check your Luggage, if they find nothing illegal, they will check your Pocket & Wallet. if you have more then 5000 - 10000 Rupees, they will say that this is Illegal Money. & as per rule you will not carry the more then 5000 - 10000. and they will start the Harassment, you have pay the fine Rs. 5000/-, for this activity. if you will argue with them they will start bargaining with you after they will take the bribe 500 to 1500 and dismiss the matter. if you have not more money, they will check your mobile, in mobile they will check the gallary, picture, video, etc. and try to find something for bribe. I will see it many many times. and this is to much harassment from RPF. I will request the concern dept. please stop this illegal activity & stop the harassment of Passenger. I see at Bandra Terminus Station, the RPF mans are shameless for Bribe. As per govt. RPF hire for Passenger Security, not for Extortion or Harassment. please look in the Matter, & Stop the Harassment of Passenger. Thank You.
