at Bandra Terminus the RPF man daily extort or harrass the Passengers on Name of Checking for Bribe. and its shameful. when you enter the Bandra Terminus Station (Through Under Bridge) the RPF Man start the your luggage checking, when he not found any thing from luggage, they will start the checking your Pocket, Purse, etc. if they found you have more then Rs. 5000/- they will start the extortion. they will say that this is illegal money and you have fine Rs. 10000/- if they nothing find from you they will start check your mobile or privacy. and this is unlawful. they want only bribe from you. and this is Illegal extortion from RPF at Bandra Terminus. before sometime the Leading News Paper was give the article. please check the below link. and stop the Extortion with Passengers at Bandra Terminus. because it is very shameful. we will hire the RPF Man for our Security not for Extortion or Harassment. I will see this unlawful activity since many times may be 2 years or more. why the whatever Concern Dept. do not take any Action on them? I request to the whatever the Concern Dept. please do the what ever necessary action as soon as possible and stop the Extortion or Harassment at Bandra Terminus from RPF Man.

AND THEIR SHOULD BE COUNTER FOR PORTER REQUIREMENTS AND THE PASSENGER SHOULD GET THE RECEIPT FROM THE COUNTER BY INDIAN RAILWAYS. AND THE AMOUNT CHART SHOULD BE PRINTED AND SHOULD STICK IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER.

I HAVE MADE COMPLAI IN RESPECT OF GUJARAT FROM MUMBAI CENTRAL C1 & C2 AC CHAIRS CAMPARTMENTS AT BILLIMORA IT STOPS OUT OF PLATFORMS AS A RESULT EVERY ONE NEED TO JUMP WITH BAGGAGES AND AT TIME WITH SMALL CHILDREN RESULTING PANIC AS SMALLER STOPS.SAME WAY FROM BILLIMORA OUT OF THE SHADE IN RAINY SEASON & SUMMER ALL NEED TO RUN DISTANCE OF MORE THAN FIVE CAMPARTMENTS TO REACH C1,C2 & FIRST CLASS.

Running of trains on South Central Railway. There is a marked change in the running on time of trains on South Central Railway. On the other day I traveled by Godavari Express from Secunderabad to Visakhapatnam. Hitherto the train used to take about 13 1/2 hours for the journey.The train had long free time in between stations yet the running time was more than 13 1/2 hours. It appears that the SCR authorities had tightened small loose ends so that the train is running on schedule or even before time at the destination. Thus they had reduced the running time by about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Garibh Rath Express trains. The term itself is a misnomer because the so called garib people will not prefer to travel in this train. It might be termed as economy AC train. Again the difference in treatment in the designing of the compartments is also shows lesser preferences to the so called garib people in as much as the leg spacing, berths heights etc. Can't we provide equal facility for lesser privileged in these trains as in the case of other trains? Let the stigma of barib be removed.

Complaint resolution:
It is very poor. For any complaint they just respond what is happened. They never applied their mind. The response seems to be prepared by lower clerical staff , with the view that the complainant will stop pursuing it. The total reservation logic seems to be reviewed and improved. At present the approach is casual, because they are not at any risk of facing action. The entire group can be dismantled and save money.
