The back gate is more convenient than the front entry

The railway security personnels behaviour and attitude was the worst. I was just standing near the entry gate (not entering the railway platform) and put only one step inside to bend and see if the train in which my brother was travelling had arrived in the platform or not. The Railway security personnel/person verifying tickets/identifying personnels travelling without ticket came in and dragged me inside the gate pulling my shirt coller as if i was a thief. He was just stuppid, he did not even listen to me, even if i explained to him that i am a government official and i have not even steped inside the gate fully. I thought i can convince the officer and just walked with him to the concerned officer. He was collecting fine from persons travelling without ticket. He was also dum to whatever i explained and just supported his subbordinate and said that i have to pay fine otherwise i canot go out. I paid the fine and came out searching for higher officers to whom i can comlain what exactly happened, there was no one to respond and no body gave any information about higher officers to whom we can contact or complain. There is no complaint or suggestion box.

This is simply stupid. Railway security think that they can do whatever they want and no body can question them. Most of them are from outside the state and they dont even understand the local language and local tradition, culture. They are absolutely stupid and irresponsible.

They should be made more accountable for their public interaction and severely punished for misbehaviour.
