Hayes Road in pathetic condition, yet Ministers have a bash on the rooftop bar of Ritz Carlton Hotel, along with many other Govt. Agencies personnel and the deafening sound /noise from loud music, even after 2200 was disturbing to the residents of Hayes Road and around. Understand, decibels after 2200 is not to exceed 45. Complaints to Police and Ritz management fell on deaf ears. There was even fire crackers after 2200 which went on continuously for over 20 minutes.
Hayes Road - pothole were filled about 6 weeks ago, they started to give way within 2 weeks. Materials used sub standard, process substandard. Money down the drain

Roads are very bad, pot holes everywhere, once digged never filled back or constructed properly for months and years together.
