Bull temple road, Bugle rock road, Gandhibazaar main road - all these roads and the surrounding roads are pot hole ridden. Repeated requests to BBMP to fix them has not yielded any results. Also, parking on roads is a major problem - especially haphazard parking. And most of the roads (streets) are narrow. Vehicles are parked on both sides making it extremely difficult to walk and drive. Then, there are too many junctions within a few feet of each other (About 12 junctions on BT road between Bull temple and Mysore road - a distance of 2KMS). One way boards and signs are too small.

Only promises and grandoise plans. No ground work. Too much corruption.
Most important roads also have pot holes. No repair work. Government believed collection of road tax is their right but servicing roads is not in their purview. Even the ring road is in bad shape with uneven black topping. The service roads are hopeless. Mind you Bangalore and Karnataka road tax is highest in India.
I am from Kodihalli just 10 feet away from 80 feet Road Indiranagar. The roads are so bad. 50% of the road is occupied for personal use which is unauthorized. Garbage thrown on the junction by the vendors around and no body can question them. Very bad state. I am surprised how and when can it become a dream come true Bangalore will become half of what is like Singapore city which our politicians keep speaking. I rate it single star.
what I cannot understand is that whenever any work is taken up on digging of roads why is the repair of the same ( laying the road again ) not part of the contract, the roads are left in bad state for months before work is taken up and that too after a couple of accidents happen, and Bangalore gets rains almost 6 months in year and we are never prepared for it as the sand and debris from the dug up roads go into the drainage system and blocking free flow of water, which leads to every possible known problems to people. hope they correct the system.
