BBMP must be rated -100 for its road maintenance vis-a-vis its spend on paper for this expenditure. Elected representatives are looting the city without caring a hoot for its citizens safety atleast, even when there are so many deaths on road due to potholes, especially two wheeler riders. WHAT EVER WE WRITE OR COMMENT HERE IS A WASTE OF TIME. Nobody in this state administration has the patience or capacity to overcome the elected representatives' hooliganism in every tender.
