Tender specifications should be displayed at the site of work. This will reduce the corruption involved between the contractor and officials. I have never seen any road being built or repaired properly. Most of the time it is only a tar wash.

Horrible roads

Horrible state of affairs-vehicle taxes were being collected annually, now one time. Govy. has collected huge sums but distributed to poor under 'bhagyas'-roads are now in deplorable condition.
