Dogs are kings and queens in bangalore

The dog population has increased manifold in the last few years. The ABC programme which was running well previously has been neglected. The so called animal protectors lobby is the biggest stumbling block. They stop all meaningful solutions by going to the Courts which never bothers to look to the welfare of the people over the animals, so it looks! The supreme Court should intervene & direct as to what percentage of stray dogs can be allowed in a city & with what types of preventions/ protections (health aspects) to them & to the public.
