There must be an option for zero star as well as they don't come to collect garbage generally.
There must be a proper solution for garbage recycle, otherwise it will be difficult for the govt. as well to manage that huge garbage dumps.

According to my opinion Bangalore garbage collection system is worst. I tried to reach BBMP Mahadevpura so many times but no one attended me properly. I registered a complaint through local circle and citizen matters they send a vehicle which was coming twice a week and begging money each houses Rs 50. Now it is totally stopped and no one is coming for garbage collection. I can give less than one star.

Bangalore Municipal corporation. Rate 0 stars. But I am forced to put 1 star because the form does not allow me to submit otherwise.

They do not collect garbage regularly. We segregate garbage and they mix it up (that is then they do show up to collect). Garbage is strewn all over the street. I have no idea why we still pay house tax. Maybe as a protest all Bangaloreans should stop paying house tax till the municipal corporation starts to function.

bangalore is now garbage city instead of garden city.
