Bad. Understaffed. Deployed to serve VIPs. Its common to hear that, somebody went to register a complaint and returned without registering the complaint.
Traffic police work hard under very poor conditions due to the pathetic state of roads , garbage thrown around blocking the roads and low civic sense to follow the rules.

Very bad.Perhaps worse than bad This conclusion I came to when ,I at 81 had to walk on Tumkur Road to Yeshwantpur Metro station this evening after dusk. There was no light on this stretch .It was pitch dark particularly from Petrol station to Metro Railway station. On the right side of More Megamall near Vaishnavi -Nakshatra at the turning on right there is a pothole
where a scooterist is likely to meet with fatal accident. I was horrified to see the foot path leading to Metro Station from both side on Tumkur Road. THe dark lonely stretch may tempt chain snatchers from hapless women walking alone in the dark on that stretch.

Traffic police are doing good job but they have set by the CM and transport minister to achieve the target of collecting revenue from the poor public for some reasons like helmet, seat belt and traffic signs which are errected at non descriptive places. Many traffic junctions these signs are invisible and the poor target is the so called offenders. Traffic police should coordinate with concerned Dept to errected visible traffic signs. Traffic should learn from west abt traffic.

they are the only people work for you to keep moving. The work of a trafic police is not a joke. There may be people who p[lay and do not have brains. but they are dedicative to their duties.
The working environment is worst pollution for them. I and you cannot even stand for one day. If we do that , then we lose our health.

Try to understand the working environments.

Give better suggestion to improve further. They are receptive.. ......

Completely waste department. Officials don't have brains to put sign board and just know to charge fine. For their mistake the public is forced to pay the fine. These officials are of no use. They are enjoying on public money.

Also they are partial between locals and outsiders. Locals can carry 3,4 people on bike and outsiders cannot. If any local person or car jumps the signal no issue but if an outsider with bike jump the signal they charge fine. Randomly closing service roads. No proper signal planning. They are just waste like garbage and should be dumped to garbage collectors.
