I don't find them efficient at the same time out of experience corrupt & not result oriented. My money was stolen from my office & have filed an FIR on 25th of July 2018 till date no action nor any input from Penya police station eventhough they have been asked to bring justice to me from commissioner's office so you can imagine. I have also shared them cctv footage to catch the culprit & bring justice then too they are cold as iceberg.

Police personnnel must be given training in all aspects of Human interaction Or People management with all advanced IT systems.Local Govt has to develop a modern police academy in collaboration with National Police academy in Hyderabad..for training SI recruits and existing senior officers..Police personnel must be given firearms to quell dangerous situations..Local Govt must open an advanced staff college on line with Indian defence forces advanced staff college at Wellington , Ooty for non IPS local police officers for promotions with advanced training and for handling many anti terror cum Economics offences including Cyber offences...Local CEO of state has to sit with experienced present cum past police officers including Central officers to create a holistic plan with definite date of implementation with plan expenses allocated with responsibility on Project Heads. With a ccountability

While they do their jobs, they act as if they are doing a favour, especially to the common man.
