Th whole system reeks of Political interference in all aspects.Big wigs and their relations go scot free where as working class,influential upper Middle clas. Go scot free..However police can not be blamed for all.total system of Lawmakers,Law enforcers and Judiciary have to develop inner look at their total system..This can be done by the CEO of the state..It is fashionable to blame GOI for any thing on the face of earth( They too are not totally blameless) but most of the law and order problems are created at local state levels by the concerned political establishment.Such systems can be set right by the CEO on. PROFESSIONAL WAY with advisory groups of experienced professional persons of respective section of Local government departments rather than creating an advisory group consisting of IT/BT industry promoters.

When I was learning byke I use to ride after 10-103pm near my house, partolling police would question me why I was out at that hour. Where as boys speeding with bykes shouting or cars running with loudest music possible were not questioned.
