1. Let us look at good part. Police are doing some good job. There is law and order to a reasonable extent. If people have seen UP and Bihar, may be they can we kiss and hug the Bangalore Police for what they are doing, and adore them.
Since we are not aware, how bad they can be, we are blaming them.
2. Everybody behaves as per his background, and the culture of the organisation. The culture of organisation if not changed, the people can not be different. If political bosses are corrupt, they have to get income, for which the other government departments have to support them. this encourages corruption. In isolation, we can not blame people.
3. Corruption can not be tackled directly. We have to remove the opportunities of corruption , for the corruption to come down. BCP initiative of losing FIR on line, has made easy to take a complaint lodged online, and use it for the purposes, like, loss of Driving licence or a credit card, which needs an FIR to be lodged, which is now done on line, and it has saved all the inconvenience of going and paying bribe to get it done. Like this, the systems are to made to remove human intervention, or need of doing the same, to reduce corruption. Let us not immediately look at Ramarajya, and look at improving step by step, and slowly things will definitely improve.
4. Now we have another excellent person in our commissioner, and let us associate with the department, to see what each one of us can do, and assist in improving systems. With due respects to observations of our fellow citizens, by only blaming, we can not achieve much. Let us see like what John F Kennedy said, "Ask not What the country gave me, Ask what I have given to the country". Like that, let us see what we can do to improve the country, and our systems, so that our society improves.
Thank you,
