clogged drainage chambe had to be cleaned using truck loaded with water and jet pump. six workers came and cleared it in five minutes. They demanded 500 rupees, we had to pay, due to emergency and no other go-are not the top officers aware of this looting, day light robbery?

The situation is exteremly pathetic.The current may be gone for several hours at a stretch and one never even knows when it will be restored.Any calls to customer service are not picked up.The visit to the Office also does not result in any kind of answer.Total Uncertainty about everything including supply.
