Horrible, BOB officials done a blunder in updating my brother's KYC on 15.09.18, which was rectified on 24.10.18. BOB MD is unable to reply what went wrong. BOB has done mistakes in operating my Super Saving Bank account in BOB Surat repeatedly and rectified mistakes after complaints and credited total of Rs. 19741 in my SSB A/c. The same type of mistakes have been done in my brother's SSB A/c in BOB Vadodara. We have filed a case in Honorable Consumer Court in Vadodara. After 20 months of the complaint, BOB submitted misleading and misguiding reply to the court. BOB is yet to submit its reply, after more than one year, to the court against counter reply submitted by my brother to the court.
