I opened a SB account, a FD and a Locker at Vasundhara Branch of BOB. I closed all relationship within two years. Reason - Staff has no care & courtesy for the customer. BM makes wait while he prefers to chat on his mobile. Cashier acts as if doing a favour to encash even cheque beginning no cash. Staff chats aloud from their chairs their shopping n home affairs while customer waits. Prompt in closing for lunch but no care to begin post lunch hrs while customer waits. A terrible bank to have account. None to complain too.
In bank of baroda, Branch managers are senior citizens beyond 50 years of age, tired, not able to provide customer service , need younger staff , enthusiastic to provide services .
Very poor service and regard for customer. Even money in account in not safe. A forged cheque was encashed from my 80 year old mothers account and inspite of repeated efforts the Bank refused to act and reimburse her money ! And she has been a customer for nearly 30 years with the Bank.
