Worst services of Bank of Baroda as my wife deposit cash in C.D.M.machine,machine impound one note of 500of old currency and redeem the other notes when my wife ask this matter to lajpat nagar branch manager they assured my wife to wait for one day if the note will be not credit in your account you will make a complaint on next day
my wife go to the lajpat nagar branch for the complaint but they refuse to take the complaint my wife send the complaint by speed post but till today we did not get the response i personally visit to bob head office thrice but they also not give the satisfide response and mail me with to call Mr santosh of our currency chest for furthure details they said only r.b.i. will tells you about your note we are unable to tells you what will happened with your note such all this things shows very very poor services of bank so their is no meaning to give entitity to this bank i give 000000000000000 nos to this bank
