MY EXPERIENCE IS MIXED.SHORTAGE OF STAFF,LONG QUEUS ON EVERY COUNTER,LACK OF UPDATED JOB WORK KNOWLEDGE,REDUCTION IN SENIOR-AGED OND MANY NEW -YOUTH.ILL-SHORTEXPERIENCE AFFECTS DECISION AND PROMPT SOLVING OF CLIENTS PROBLEMS.
Very poor service and regard for customer. Even money in account in not safe. A forged cheque was encashed from my 80 year old mothers account and inspite of repeated efforts the Bank refused to act and reimburse her money ! And she has been a customer for nearly 30 years with the Bank.
