All Banks especially the nationalised Banks are scutling all the schemes of PM/FM and Govt of India which are formulated with a noble idea and goal. The Branch Managers at the local levels are taking the matter for granted to outrightly reject the loan application be it under mudra, start up India or stand up India. The Bank Managers are at the outset itself seek the ways to rescin the matter quoting NPA level and branding the innocent applicant as a suspect defaulter.
