BBMP Garbage Clearance - Mallesh Palaya

Empty plot next to my house has become a garbage dumping yard and has become a breeding ground for rats and mosquitoes. There is no action taken by BBMP inspite of complaints.

Pathetic... Though garbage is collected daily from almost all places that I am aware of in the area, the way it is cleared is of concern. Most of the times, the waste collected from sweeping the roads and platforms are dumped in the storm water drains or burnt insensibly. Also most of the waste are thrown over the wall into the open area (belonging to BEML) adjacent to the main road.
It is an eye sore to see the garbage bags hanging on top of the fence on the wall.
Many a time, some of the segregated waste is mixed up by the pourakarmikas.
All these happen under the constant watch & guidance of the area supervisors.
I have posted enough photos of these stuff in different social websites.. but nothing has changed so far. :( :( :(
