Road cleaning on service rd maybe once in a month

Garbage is collected every 3 or 4 days once at Ammu Tent house, netaji street, uday nagar bangalore -16

I have complained about a fused tube iight on 2nd cross, Dinnur Main road, R.T.Nagar, on the 19th July and my complaint no. is 419, Even though a month is about elapse, no action has been taken by the BBMP till date. My repeated requests only get me a reply "put your phone down"

Garbage pick up is in a small autolike pickup vehicle with the driver and pickup person being one and the same.Unable to cope.
