In my area Indira Nagar, road maintenance is very poor. Drain covers are uneven and broken in many places. We engage private contractor for collection of Garbage. But, they come promptly on festival days to collect Bakshish. One can see garbage heaps on many streets. I wonder, why do we have an organisation like this. How do they justify their salary?

Alternatively the authorities will collect garbage from homes. They come by a locally made garbage collection box. Educate households for classification of garbage into wet / dry , segregate n take away.
