Behrouz Biryani

Today I ordered online Biriyani,they have marked the order delivered when I have not received anything,contacted customer care through email no response.

Today while placing order, I paid in advance and gave all location detail on map of the application,but after placing order I got a call that I have to tell address again so that they can send the rider to deliver the food, I denied to give address and asked to cancel order,but it was not cancelled.
So i wrote email to cancel order,got no response,after 10 minutes the rider assigned to deliver order called me to ask address, I told him I cancelled order by writing email,and told him about previous call,he was aware of nothing,he said ok and cut the call.

After two minutes, order is showing as delivered, I called back the same number no one picked up,isn't this spam,they are asking address and not delivering and marking as delivered.
