Miraj Junction Railway Station.

I wish the authorities, would install bogie indicators. Right now we do not know, where our bogies (eg. S1, S2, etc) will be from the engine. We have to ask this to the vendors on the stations.

Calicut Railway station is getting its dues with escalator at PF no.1. Request PF no.4 is also given similar facility. Also no refreshment outlet is provided in PF No.4. Also sufficient Autos are required at PFNo.4 and there is a tendency there the AUTOs are in bargaining mood which is to be stopped by posting Police force.

I am from Bhagalpur and I will try to keep each and every point.
1. Narrow roads in front of the main entrance and that too is filled with temporary shopkeepers.
2. Just after the entrance on the east side, people have kept their small shops which again makes the entrance pretty tough.
3. Going ahead, urinals is in very bad situation. People urinate anywhere and the urinals are also in good condition and that may be the reason why people do not go there. It smells very foul
4. No proper cooling around ticket counter.
5. In reservation counter area there is not screen or machine where I can check the seat availability or train between stations whereas this machine is available in other stations.
6. No cooling at all in reservation area.
7. Although coach display system has been installed but many of the times coach position is not displayed and it is quite tough to decide where to stand and wait for train.
8. There is no big display board on platform 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 informing about train/ schedule/ arrival and departure/ coach position etc.
9. No food stalls in platform in 2,3,4,5,6. And whatever we have on platform no 1 is not up to the mark. They serve two days early cooked product.
10. Cleaning outside the platform is very bad.
11. Traffic maintenance inside the station area is not good.
12. There is no escalators or ramp and its quite tough to bring the bags especially considering the case of old citizen and ladies.
13. No purified and cooled water on any platform. We really need that. Even if it cost a little (as stated on of other Ministry of Railways post where it was stated that purified water will be served on station at low price), it would be good.
14. Road inside the station area should be maintained well.
These are my concern.
I travel from Bhagalpur station (originating station my howmetwon) very frequently . Traveled many a times since last 8 yeas and I continuously try to analyze what can be improved.
I would be more than happy to provide more information, to do more ground work as required. I request the authority to let me know if something is required. I will defintely full fill the demand to upgrade BHagalpur station.
