Bhopal Municipal Corporation

I am residing in Shahpura Colony (said to be a posh colony of the Town) since last 27 years. During this long stay in this colony, I have hardly seen any body from Municipal Corporation, taking care of residents as regards cleanliness of streets or street lights or sufficiency of water supply. No vehicle ever enters in the colony for Garbage collection. We have formed an Association and thanks to the co-operation of Residents that we are able to keep the colony tolerably clean - although some 30-40 % Residents still do not contribute funds taking the plea that they are already paying to Nagar Nigam for these works. Promises are made by Candidates during Elections but once they are elected the situation is "Status Quo". Yes when it comes to collection of TAXES, there are CAMPS in the colony community hall and LOUD Announcements.

In M.P.Nagar, in front of Vishal Mega Mart a garbage bin has been provided, but there is garbage spread all around it. The area is filthy.
Also there are road side eateries and hawkers selling puri-pani, samosa and patties etc, one finds polythene paper etc spread over. The venders must provide proper disposal are and bins. simultaneously the public must change habits.

No major change has seen do for.I am in Kho-e-fiza area and remind the municipal cor.of local office.BUT NO RESPONSE.Sometimes it looks it is a share waste of time for making comments and reaction as no action is done

In Alkapuri cleaning is done by the society. Door to door collection is good done 5 day a week. The garbage bin provided outside has dirty surrounding need to be maitained.

Street lights are not working on ayodhya by-pass road and on the road from career college to BHEL-ITI.
