The present performance may be rate as average. while senior officials are doing good job, the approach at lower level needs improvements. To improve efficiency 3 things are required:- 1 minimum interference of political people specially at smaller places, 2-better infrastructure and technology and 3- positive training for attitudinal change towards citizens. The citizens should be treated with respect and criminals with matching strictness.

Force is not compatible to the growing crime in the city.
