The width of P.F. no 2&3 is too less to accommodate all passengers with their luggage and also, the lot of material lying on plateform waiting for loading in various passenger & goods trains. When trains are there on both the PFs, the movement becomes really difficult leading to injury and loss of personal belongings. The PFs also remain very dirty. The loading on these PFs should be reduced.

At Bhopal station the trains coming from Gujrat are unnecessarily delayed and are given a step motherly treatment. Most of the times these trains are delayed just to give way to other trains which are already running late. Consequently these trains are also delayed and the passengers have to bear the brunt.
