The public do not want to respect the traffic rules; there are bikers on the footpath. The traffic police doesn't care about this. This is a personal experience. The infrastructure is nice, but is of no use if rules are violated. The municipal corporation along with commisionerate police have to enforce the rules and penalise the defaulters.
