Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited - Ranchi

Being a resident(permanent) of Ranchi though I have to move I want to make Ranchi a road model of smart city although it cannot be compared to Hongkong but as I read about where are a dense population but not visible due to smart arrangement by Local Authority but here there are a huge crowd visible all day & night due to apathy by Local Authority by mismanagement so thinking about being smart is a matter of time pass,no a good arrangement,how the Govt is functioning is till now not at groud level,same attitude as in previous Govt. just go & inaugrate a function why not give a portfolio of Inaugration Ministry,what to say about other offices same attitude same ill functioning nothing change.
