These guys are not good. We had 12 Rakhee shipments. Most never made it. They are below average.

My experience with them has not been very good.Delivery will not reach in time.you have to pursue for the delivery.

40% of the 3-4 times I have used, they have lost the packages. Do not use them if you have a choice.

The Professional Couriers Pvt Ltd

The Professional Couriers claim to be the largest Courier/Logistics/Warehousing company in India (in their phone caller tune).
Regrettable experiences that I had with them were (not just a few) - their complete lack of understanding of the concept of speedy deliveries for which a customer uses a Courier company - loss of packages/Important documents/mis-routing are rampant. Their Regional Customer Service at Bangalore does not even pick up the calls made to her; and their Operations Head sitting at Navi Mumbai - himself is helpless and openly curses his team for their incompetence. Finally it is the customers who are the sufferers - no redressal is given to the customer.
