Blue Dart Express Limited

I had ordered a Voltas make window A/c through M/s TataCliq. They entrusted M/s BlueDart to deliver the package at my premises. Although the package had printed instruction (1) not to roll the package , and (2) upright symbol for transportation and storage, thee package was brought inside my premises by rolling and also placed with the d desired upside in another side position. When this was pointed out to the representative , he replied that his office/supervisor has not instructed him to follow such instructions!

Recently I had ordered for a item online. The delivery was through Blue Dart and payment was Cash on Delivery. Normally they bring the card reader and collect the amount through credit / debit card. When their delivery boy came to my place recently he refused saying he doesn't have card reader and more hurting was his tone / behaviour. I had some guests so couldn't go to ATM and pay by cash. Another problem is now days only 500 rupee notes are dispensed by ATMs and it leads to change problems. Even in branch (HDFC) recently I couldn't get lower denominations. Payin through card is a ideal option which was in vogue. Suddenly Blue Dart stopped or this boy was behaving funny I am not sure. But the behaviour was certainly offending and not worth their charges or brand they enjoy / claim. It appears they are sub-contracting to some local service provider and making money without bothering about service standards or brand. But certainly offending behaviour.
