They are working on brand image only. in most incidents delivery guys are not visiting address and refunds documents saying address not found. Took up the case with consignor and to arrange for alternative delivery.

Arrogant behaviour. Overall poor service.

Arrogant behavior of delivery boys. In city areas they sublet the delivery to small couriers and it becomes impossible to track. The delivery boy will give you a call that he is on the way , you keep waiting endlessly, subsequently he will say " Sir, i am in no position to deliver today" and hangs up

Dear Sir / Madam , I have couriered my Original B tech Degree from Noida ( Sector 18 ) branch to Mumbai on 14 May 2019 by DHL/ Blue dart Later i came to know that this consignment number could not tracked and after rigorous follow up with DHL top management , the same was found after 8 days and got delivered Since this document was to be attested for an overseas location , my joining in that company got delayed for almost a week So there was loss of pay and the inconvenience caused that i informed to DHL/ Blue dart team and requested for the compensation for the loss incurred later i was informed by their team that the max compensation i could be paid is Rs 5000 / - as per their policy
