Bright nok laundry services

Bright nok laundry services have lost my 20 dresses given for ironing. Those were branded dresses costing between 1200 - 2000 each.

The dresses were picked up from my home on 11th Jan 19 and were to be delivered the next day. After a day when I didn't receive them I called them and initially they adviced I should be receiving them on the same day. However, I didn't receive and I chased them again the next day.
On 14th it was confirmed to me that my dresses were missing. I made multiple calls and every time I was told they were attempting find them. I got the owners number from them who refused to even answer my calls.
On 17th Jan they messaged saying they cannot find them at all. I called the owner to demand a pay for my loss and he was extremely rude and disconnected my call.
Those cholthes were bought from my hard earned money and were not just a piece of cholth to me.
I am taking them to consumer court.
