it is ok, but help line number at the time of need is always busy or put line on hold, mobile app was also showing good result but later not accepting new complaints and always shows your complaint is already booked and give old complaint number which was done months ago.
supply is good but voltage during night sometime touches 260 volts.

It's average. In the age of mobile applications, outages without prior intimation and unknown duration disrupt lives. Also, voltage fluctuations, especially after sunset, are more damaging to appliances than those with low stars in terms of energy efficiency. Yet, still better than most other areas.

I have submitted request for new connection with all relevant papers on 19th October but no response for installing meter or submitting invoice for payment. Am I expecting it too early, afterall it's BSES highly reputed organization
