Poor because it is maintained by the moralless proprietor and failure business man Anil Ambani.

Even for less than 400 units per month consumption(subsidy order dune 2015) estimated billing is done to charge more to customers and cheat government too

good but sometime confusing if meter reading dates are not 1 of the months then calculation for customer like me is a problem , my subsidy is taken away even consumption is 396 units for a month.
door to door supply of bill is there but you delivery man are not courteous to knock door or ring bell to deliver the bill.- TEACH THEM.

The company has been generating wrong bills in violation of DERC Tariff order. The consumers may like to complain to DERC in violating the order.
