1] We have been consistently facing high voltage problem more seriously for the last two years. Now most of the time voltage remains in the close range of 245-250 V single phase, and 430 V in 3-phase supply. No remedial action taken by the concerned upon providing feedback.
2] Poorly maintained distribution network with no fuses in distribution pillar causing damage to ACs, MCBs and light bulbs owing network fault.
3] Upon opting Ebill with no paper bill, Ebill or soft copy by email is not being received in time despite of follow up. Recent bill provided upon rigorous follow up after the due date without updating due date.
4] Provisional bill provided in March 2017 even when the meter reading is taken in time.
5] Started charging transaction charges for payment through credit card if the dues are above Rs.5000/-
6] The above stated status is based on the recent experience over the last two (2) - three (3) years causing serious concern.
