The company has been generating wrong bills in violation of DERC Tariff order. The consumers may like to complain to DERC in violating the order.

Bills are often not received and one has to waste lot of time to get a duplicate generated and pay the bill. BSES YAMUNA should urgently make arrangements for online payment of the bills. In this jet age, they should not force consumers to stand in long queues for payment of bills and obtain receipt. Even DJB has introduced online payment of bills.
