1. billing cycle changed from bi-monthly to monthly. People are not realizing how it has affected their budget. it was done to hide overcharging. for example if you get a bill of 15000 for 2 months after privatization where your earlier bills were used to be 4000 before privatization DESU. THEN YOU NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE EASILY. to hide this billing cycle has been changed to monthly now instead of getting 15000 bill you get 2 bills each month for 7000-8000 Rs. and you cough up without complain.

2. Suppose you are running a business involving computers then power cut for a second can lead to waste of one -two hour work (previous save). Not all ups can protect you PC from restarting. Power surge and power cuts remain a threat to electrical and electronics gadgets.

3. The idea of privatization to emphasizes the fact that we cannot run PSU efficiently.

4. Privatization of DESU to BSES yamuna was the reason of demise of congress govt. which was instrumental in the privatization.

5. this is not exhaustive and it is not going to change so the whole exercise of rating is futile.

Unannounced cuts , TOO MUCH PROBLEMS IN CONNECTIONS, WRONG ONLINE BILL SHOWN AT TIMES, NOBODY CATCHES ERICKSHAWS CHARGING ILLEGALLY , WHERE DO THEY CHARGE & PAY

Its in good shape since its privatisation, since last five years its giving excellent service in my area except minor hiccups some times.
