iI HAVE BOOKED BSNL INTERNET AND TELE PHONE IN 2013 NOV /DEC(ALLOTTED TEL NO IS 23204376 ) THE LOCATION IS 43 NAGAR BHAVIMAIN ROAD . I AM YET TO RECEIVE THE CONNECTION . THE EXCUSE IS THE IS NO CABLE AVAILABLE. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY NOR ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION HOW DO I RATE THE SERVICE OR ENTITY --0000000000000000?

I am happy with BSNL services. the services are good. connectivity is good. i am having trouble free broadband service.

The BSNL services have progressively been improving. The 1500 Tel No services are very good and it is docketed. The complaints are monitored and a supervisor gives a ring to check whether the Internet connection has been restored after the complaint has been attended. The connection some times breaks in between but gets restored by itself. Overall I have been very satisfied with their service. They are constantly trying to improve their services instead of the usual lethargy and laid back approach of most other Govt organisations. The charges too are probably the lowest.
