BSNL - Bangalore

BSNL internet quite good and no frequent problems. But during end of the month, for last few days, internet gets slowed down.

Bandwidth is not consistent. The band width varies from 100 kbps to 1.76 mbps. break down every now then no seamless connection.

Hopeless service. I have given many complaints for the slow internet speed. I was under 1025 broadband plan where they offer 4 MPBS speed with unlimited down load. But I was not getting even 428 KBPS. Many times I complained to 1504 and local fault repairs. They used to assign this job a telephone linesman to rectify the Broad Band Speed. He used to come and report that the telephone lines are OK. Ultimately even after escalating the matter to DGM, they could not solve the problem and ultimately I have to change the service provider

BSNL tariff is high, service is poor.

Customer service/sales are terrible. Each one will be gossiping talking among themselves will be talking on mobiles. Customers forced to wait for no reason. Small changes are never returned
