BSNL - Bangalore

Speed poor in Indiranagar. No scope of increasing. Service in the BSNL office near Lido mall is terrible. Staff are late or absent. Treat customers poorly. Do not respect people's time. Seems to be populated by people who don't know the work but have been given a job

I have been using BSNL services for the past three years. Though the speed is comparable with other leading private players, sometimes the connectivity will be totally off for hours together. This is the typical government service attitude. BSNL unlimited rate also is higher than private players, which the concerned central minister need to look in immediately.

I have been using BSNL Broadband for last 7 years with Unlimited usage. I find the service and speed is good.

I was using BSNL for almost 5 years but after they removed free night time tariff there is no point in using their service anymore. Their charges are too high which I guess is set intentionally to make customers switch to private service providers.
