Our apartment developer allowed ACTS and Airtel to put up an underground cable. He did not allow BSNL.
Apartment promoters are hand in glove using underhand methods to stop government provided BSNL to serve us in Bangalore.

i am using bsnl. mine comes under kumaraswamy layout. the staff at exchange is very courteous and help and services are good.
